I had a problem with basement flooding 6 days after the installation. A tech rep came out that same afternoon. Unfortunately, I had to make 3 phone calls to CBS before someone called me back. Poor communications at CBS once the bill was paid. Flooding problem has now been addressed. Won't know if it's adequate until the next heavy rain.
