Reputation.....friend used your products.....did not get quote from competition, although that is a mistake on my part....cousin did and received better price for same problem she had...went with the competition..... All is fine so far with what was done Sales rep was typical sales person...trying to sell as As many products as possible...bigger commission....my opinion...house needs to breathe. ....not good to block out circulating air......k
