Call Representative
A bit confused at your scheduling group. I initiated this service call and had a service date set up. Later received a call, saying I was due for a service!? They didn't find the appointment I had already scheduled, so had to reschedule a new one.
Our Service Person
Technician "Bill"...courteous and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process. Identified a couple of issues, explaining clearly those issues. Kindly walked my through the entire "tuneup" with me looking over his shoulder the whole time! Top man!

Stuck check valve for battery pump. Fixed it quickly.
