I use the first minutes of meeting the service guy to assess his personality, knowledge and quality of work.

I was not disappointed. Meeting him gave me a good feeling that he is one to be trusted for the expected job. To start with, he was real amiable.

Very likeable personality, low key, cool demeanor and exuded knowledge on his job. For the questions I ask, he provided more than ample information, proving competency in his knowledge of the products being serviced.!

He was diligent, methodical and analytical in his approach in assessing the situation. He did a very god job in completing the maintenance process for my sump pump and dehumidifier.

Great!

He left the workplace looking much better than when he first set foot on it. He was clean, careful and made sure to leave the work space looking impressive as proof that the right things were done more than expected!
