Our Overall Service

While my overall satisfaction with the service call is a 5, I feel that there is a design issue with the system. I am now paying for 3 service calls a year in order to keep the track clear from a buildup of sand/dirt. There's in the system to warn when the system is overwhelmed and I'll have another flood in the house.
