I was extremely impressed from my first contact via phone, to mail follow-up and meeting Jack. Having the mailing prior gave me a sense of what you were all about as well as identifying who would be coming into my home. Excellent job by Jack, thorough and professional. Actual crew was great, pleasant and very hard working. Was able to address an issue with an under door area with competency! Only one thing negative I could comment on was this is the very first contact from your company since the install. Not a phone call, letter, email. This I thought didn't play out as expected.
