DBS was one of several companies that evaluated a wet basement problem. It was the only company that had a written transferable dry basement guarantee upon completion.

Very thorough. Spotted potential problems early which were addressed completely.
Very competent and hardworking. Took extra time to prevent dust from entering the remainder of the house. Communicated plan for the process upon arrival and stuck to the plan and timetable very well.
Basement was amazingly clear of all debris. Very impressed with the cleanup.
What made you choose our company:
The dry basement guarantee was essential obviously because I want a dry basement but also this protects my real estate value since it is transferable with the property title. In addition, the initial evaluation, which was done by Rich, was by far the most professional and complete of all the companies that came to evaluate my problem.
