What made you choose our company:

Having relocated from a different climate and geography, it wasn't long before we realized the Upper Midwest is unique landscape. We noticed our outdoor concrete slabs floated around quite liberally depending on the season. So noticing that the slope of the slabs directed water toward the house, that required attention ASAP. There were also areas of separation between patio concrete and house foundation that drew pests and obvious areas for water entry. We never looked anywhere else beyond DBS to have this service provided. Our first contact was a design specialist out of the Duluth office. The materials he provided us were clear, professional and outlined what DBS did best. Follow up, on site inspection by Justin, who clearly advised us that some time will pass before work would be performed didn't make us uneasy. When I called to inquire, Justin returned the call as the date had just been scheduled. The work was completed in one day and the team worked non-stop, save for a quick, on-site lunch. When considering the costs, it was far more important to consider the costs that might be borne by doing nothing. Homes, like vehicles, require preventative maintenance. The thoroughly professional and educational nature of the written materials, the personnel with whom we interacted and the quality of DBS work speaks for itself. We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the work. We would recommend them highly for any of the services they provide.
