Prior to working at Quality 1st, Karrie has over fifteen years in the customer service industry, and has been with us for six years!
Karrie is the initial point of contact between our customers and the company. When customers are calling in for a service appointment or estimate appointment, Karrie ensures they are directed to the correct department. Karrie also assists our customer service team with scheduling estimate appointments.

In her free time, Karrie likes to do arts & crafts, enjoys the outdoors, and spends time with her family and dog.
