CleanSpace is a thick and durable liner that is mold-proof and waterproof. This system will completely block out moisture and humidity from passing through the crawl space.
Mold was starting to grow in the crawl space, so the homeowner decided to encapsulate their crawl space.
We also installed IceGuard which provides a secondary route for water to escape to prevent clogging.
Here is a photo of the WaterGuard French Drain being installed. The system is installed above the foundation footing, thus preventing clogs and allowing water to swiftly channel to the sump pump system.
