Our system design specialist closely examined the walkway, in order to determine the most effective repair strategy.
Not only does PolyLevel repair, but it strengthens the walkway's load-bearing capabilities by filling in voids left beneath the surface from poorly compressed fill soil.
The crew begins the repair process by drilling penny-sized holes at designated injection points, then PolyLevel is administered beneath the settled portions of concrete. Once it is injected, it lifts and returns the sunken slabs to their original surface level.
This entryway was becoming severely disheveled due to concrete settlement, creating tripping hazards and decreasing the visual appeal of the walkway.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier encapsulates crawl spaces to ensure no leaking water can find its way inside. The bright and clean finish of CleanSpace is a bonus on top of its waterproofing performance.
The crew drills penny-sized holes along designated injection points, then PolyLevel is installed beneath the sunken portions of concrete. The settled concrete is then entirely lifted and restored to its original leveled surface height.
Due to soil displacement and water intrusions concrete surfaces can become severely disheveled.
This pool deck is in desperate need of structural reinforcement.
