Your BBB rating was Excellent. I noted any complaint was dealt with to the customer's satisfaction. There was an earlier mixup re the project, but Kyle took over and like a understand made everything work. He is also one of the most patient and understanding people you will ever meet. Even when I was wrong. He made sacrifices to get to my house today. Earlier, a technician was called in to assess the problem and today, Kyle called Victor in. Victor and his crew not only put up the jacks, he had to go around plumbing. He reinforced the area with sister wood and brackets. I am really impressed.
