Good service but need some work on communication.

I was expecting a call or a visit before the installation from a supervisor or someone else to check the area before the installation. I received a call on Friday afternoon just to confirm the installation on Monday morning. The salesperson walked through the place and took notes but nothing formal about what needs to be done and how. There were misunderstandings and questions during the installation and the installation crew and I could avoid the waste of time. In summary, just two calls. One for down payment and confirm the installation day. Very unprofessional from my point of view.
