Sha Chon Kasey was the person that my husband and I met, and instantly wanted him to oversee our sump pump job. He was understanding, committed to helping us until our problem was solved, and his drive, motivation, kindness, professionalism and patience enabled us to believe in Basement Systems.
We can't thank Sha Chon enough for helping us. He solved our sump pump challenge, and we are so very grateful. He is a wonderful attribute to Basement Systems, and hope he will go far in his career.

Showed up on time, the work was well executed, and Juan Garcia was very professional.
Answered on a timely basis and then transferred to the appropriate department.
Jack Jamison was very nice, helpful and confident about his work. He made us feel very comfortable, and enabled us to trust Basement Systems work.
Juan Garcia is truely an expert in his field, and it showed.
It was pouring rain when this job was done, and therefore they had to cut all the foam inside my basement. The cleanup was good, but I did need to vacum again after they left. The foam pieces are like Christmas pine needs, they go everywhere and are hard to clean up. So, the clean up process was good, but because of the weather conditions, and the nature of the material it was a little messier than we thought it would be.
