Hi Sean! I wanted to say again that we're really pleased with how everything turned out in our basement. You know we had those couple of days of heavy rains, and we didn't get any water in the basement - but that extra patching that Carlos did around our septic pipe in the foundation, we saw about a 4 inch diameter wet spot form in that new concrete but no water ever actually came through. Carlos suggested that we get someone to come out and look at our septic venting situation, since we shouldn't just have holes in the outside wall for that! So maybe we'll talk to whoever those folks are about why there might be water buildup under the line like that... but overall everything seems to be holding up! We're really looking forward to starting the process of finishing the basement next year.  :D
