Excellent communication and response
Donna B, Service Coordinator, was fantastic. She made sure all my questions were answered and immediately responded to all my needs.
Tim, the Service Tech who did the work here, was excellent. Explained each step he was taking and why it was necessary. And made sure everthing was working perfectly before he left.
Tim returned everything to its proper place and actually left the system better than it was when originally installed.
What made you choose our company:
I live in a relatively new Senior Community (6 years old) and everything was brand new when we purchased our Condo. Having zero experience with Sump Pumps I was recommended to Healthy Basements by a friend. Your employees from receptionists to your Service Coordinator to your Service Tech we’re all top notch.
