Our Overall Service
The installation was disappointing but I was contacted after my complaint and Sal did a great job of making sure the issues were addressed and fixed to my satisfaction. Carlos performed the follow up repair and was also professional and did a great job. If not for them, I would have rated my exoperinece poorly!
Call Representative
For the initial repair work the call reo gave ma an 8:30 time to expect the crew. They came at 10:30 Also, I received messages referencing "Gutter Shutters" and not healthy basements and jI ignered the calls having no idea who Gutter Shutters were!
Sales Process
After recording a complaint, I would have expected a follow up from my sales rep or at least some check in to make sure I was finally satisfied woth the repair work done after the botched initial repair
Our Installation Crew
The first crew that did the inital work did not meet my expectations BUT.. Carlos and Sal followed up after my initial complaint and were wonderful! Had it not been for them, I would have rated your company poorly. They were able to turn the whole experinece around. Sal was prompt to call and set up a foolow up appointment. He was great and made sure he set up a time to fix the initial work and made sure I was happy at each step. Carlos came on the date Sal gavie me and was great.. He fixed things to may satisfaction and was pleasnt and professional.
The Cleanup Process
The cleanup after the initial workwork was terrible. The cleanup by Sam and Carlos was great.

What made you choose our company:

Online reviews and initial presentation by the sales rep. I was initially quite disaapointed with the work performed but the follow up by Sal to address my complaints made up for the initial bad experience. Hw was great to work with. Also, a shoult out to Carlos for a job werll done to fix the original poor installation.
