Home construction projects, in general, are stressful; they cause disruptions to the everyday flow of the household and the last thing we all want is more stress in our lives. Especially, at home. TBF made the process easy and as stress-free as possible. They were professional, communicative, and made our basement from the dungeon was to one of our favorite spaces in the house. What was an unsightly, cobweb-infested, and perhaps a little scary basement, has become my home office, bar, laundry room, and home theater. I love our basement and couldn't be happier with TBF's work.

Polite, friendly, helpful, and great follow-up from messages / other communications.

Our sales person, Ryan, was fantastic. He explained everything in detail, aided in design decisions, and was extremely responsive throughout the process (even post-sale). In other words, Ryan knows his sh...stuff.

The crew was friendly, polite, professional and responsive. The worked hard everyday on the project and their work ethic and product were outstanding. Steve, Eric, Trevor, PJ, and Austen are all rock-stars!

Cleanup was very good overall, however some scruffs on finishes could have been addressed better.
