Donnie put together a great presentation showing features and benefits of both the doors and windows. Other companies did not take the time to do this.
Installation was great. The crew seemed to have fun while they worked which is the sign of great camaraderie within the team.
There were a few small metal shavings and some sawdust outside, but this was minor. Overall clean-up was fine.
What made you choose our company:
We had a great referral from a previous customer. You also went above and beyond in explaining the products and process and well as having your own installation team. We've had projects where the installation was contracted out and we ended up having significant issues and rework. Having an experienced installation team and a great sales and customer support team helps set you apart from the competition.
Friendliness of all: Zach was very helpful and installers were great.
