What made you choose our company:

Four years ago my husband and I had Energy Swing Windows install new windows and doors. Recently the mechanism that enables the window in the door to lock into place broke. Additionally a trim for the door needed replaced as the frame was notched out to go around a header. We had the header removed and therefore needed a new door frame piece. Jeff from Energy Swing Windows came out, fixed the broken locking mechanism, assessed the type of door frame piece we needed, then later in the day brought us a new door frame piece. All free of charge. Then about a week later, the lock for the door broke. The next day Jeff came again to assess the situation. He didn't have the part with him, but he put our door handle back together and advised he would get the part and come back. The next day another Energy Swing employee came and replaced the door lock. Again, all free of charge. What wonderful service! Thank you, Jeff, the ladies at the office who took my messages and passed along our issues, and the other fellow who came and replaced the lock. Four years later, and they stood behind their products. Thank you very much! So pleased we had Energy Swing Windows install our windows and doors.
