We chose Energy Swing for our replacement windows in 2016 because of their high customer service rating and have not been disappointed. After cleaning our kitchen windows today (July 2019) the bottom window wouldn't slide open. I called Energy Swing. Donnie walked me through the precise procedure to re-engage the window. In a matter of moments my issue was solved.
