Sales Process
Don Darragh was very professional and personable. He did not do any "high pressure" sales and had good suggestions for our job.
Our Installation Crew
I can't say enough about your crew. Elias, Fred, Steve, Mike and Dale were awsome! They worked steadily, were efficient and did not waste any time. They were a joy to have in our home and I would highly recommend every one of them. Jeff was also very professional and helpful with issues with a storm door we had installed a few years ago. Congratulations on hiring top-notch people.
The Cleanup Process
Your crew did an outstanding job with clean up and hauling away all debris. You would never know they were here, except for the great windows and doors!

What made you choose our company:

We visited your showroom many years ago when we first through about doing some remodeling on our house. It was a Saturday, and no sales people were there, but a gentleman in the warehouse came out to talk with us. He showed us your windows and showed us around the shop. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the pride the gentleman took in his workmanship and your product. When we finally were able to get a new front door, your company was the only one we went with and are extremely happy with the results We had the first floor windows replaced by another company. They are the tilt-down kind and are nice, but because of the size of the windows, they can come off the track. We knew we wanted your windows for this second project. It ended up that your price per window was the same as the tilt-down windows. I wish I would have used your windows originally.
