Call Representative
Admin person was courteous, relayed messages to Chris when needed, setup our appointment to suit us.
Sales Process
Chris did a good job presenting the "pitch". He was courteous and did not pressure. He left us voicemails and emails when necessary. We received an upgrade on our hardware just so that the installation could be done a little sooner.
Our Installation Crew
Tony and Elias did a great job on the install. They ran into a little problem with a part of our awning, but they were able to fix this and complete the install. Door looks great! We cannot believe all of the light coming through. We keep thinking the door is open.
The Cleanup Process
Tony and Elias did a good job cleaning up. They even cleaned the glass on the screen door before they left. Elias explained the keys to us, told us how to use the special cleaner 2 times per year and how the referral program works.
