The attention to detail started at the beginning and carried through the job. For example, none of the other companies realized that some of our windows required tempered glass for safety reasons (bottom of window is within 18 inches of the floor), but the Energy Swing consultant explained this to us and included it in the proposal.
The sales consultant made multiple trips to our house to present different alternatives and deliver clarified paperwork.
In addition to being knowledgeable and friendly, the installation crew was clearly happy and enjoying their work. That alone says a lot about a company.
