With a strong technical support background, Kamal is equipped with problem-solving skills crucial for coordinating appointments at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec. His experience in customer service has honed his ability to ensuring client satisfaction with every phone call or interaction. Kamal thrives in handling issue escalations and reporting, which prepares him to tackle scheduling conflicts efficiently. Additionally, his collaboration with the Red Cross has sharpened his crisis management skills, thus letting him be an valuable asset for urgent repair needs.
Kamal coaches and guides our call center specialists to ensure they are always providing maximum help to everyone needing our appointments center's assistance. Outside of work, Kamal enjoys going to the gym, boxing, and playing various sports (except soccer). He is also on a journey to learn the violin.
