Anthony Ferrara

Anthony Ferrara is a Systems Design Specialist at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec, living in Laval. With more than 10 years of experience in customer service, Anthony has developed unique capabilities in understanding clients’ needs and concerns, while making sure that his intervention will meet and exceed their expectations. 

In his day-to-day work, Anthony conducts thorough inspections of foundations, basements and crawl spaces, identifying the underlying issues, and creating customized solutions. Anthony spends a considerable amount of time visiting clients at their homes, where he carefully assesses their needs and preferences. He then proposes tailored solutions aimed at improving their overall home security. This role allows him to leverage his strong sales skills and technical knowledge, ensuring that each solution is uniquely suited to meet the client's requirements. 

As a homeowner, Anthony understands people’s concerns when faced with unexpected structural problems. That said, he always strives to have the best explanation possible to help clients understand their problems and the suitable solutions. Being able to explain complicated problems in a simple and smooth way motivates Anthony to go every day and meet with clients. 

Outside of work, Anthony is very family oriented. He enjoys spending time with family, either while travelling, or having long walks in the countryside.
