A homeowner located in Milford, CT called us at Connecticut Basement Systems after they were getting water in their basement after heavy rains. We sent one of our Sales Consultants, Alex Lopez to the home to assess all the issues, and propose a permanent waterproofing solution. 

One of our Foremen, Vic Varela, and his crew would install this job! They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter, below the floor to capture the water seeping in. Then, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge that water out of the home safely. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed as well to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the entire basement. CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed along the walls to protect from moisture as well. Overall, with our top-of-the-line waterproofing products, this basement will stay dry all the time! 

A homeowner in Norfolk, CT expressed a desire to improve her crawl space's appearance. Previously a damp, cold space, she wanted to seal up the space to give it a clean look. Connecting with Sales Representative Mick Foster, she was able to schedule a free in-home consultation to figure out the next steps.

Once Foster arrived, he listened to the concerns and needs of the homeowner. Measuring various areas of the crawlspace to formulate an understanding of the space's needs, he provided the homeowner with a formalized proposal documenting suggestions for the space.

Ultimately, the homeowner decided to have our CleanSpace vapor barrier installed throughout the space. Soon after, Foreman Clive Burrell arrived on-site with his team to begin the installation process. Following the quick install, the crawl space was returned to the homeowner in pristine condition!

The old sump pump in this house was inadequate. It didn't pump enough water out of the home to keep it dry, and its lack of a lid meant that water could just evaporate back into the basment and make it more humid. In its place, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe, in addition to having an airtight lid, features three different pumps for maximum protection against flooding. Once a plan was developed it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew to work on the installation. They installed our TripleSafe sump pump. This works with three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup so that way the pump is always running no matter the circumstance. It will pump water coming into the basement out of the home through a proper discharge line that the crew installed as well. Now with this pump, the area in the basement that was getting water, will no longer be an issue.
