Before, this Bethany basement had ground water seeping to the surface of the floor and also had moisture running freely throughout the area. The homeowner wanted their basement dry and running efficiently, so they decided to reach out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems.

Now, the basement is transformed with a WaterGuard Drainage System, a TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace vapor barrier installed. The WaterGuard System collects ground water internally and channels it to the TripleSafe sump pump where it is discharged away from the home. CleanSpace on the walls will prevent air and moisture from flowing freely. This product also gives the basement a fresh and clean look. This was exactly what the homeowner wanted and was pleased with a dry, efficient basement.

Once a proposal and plan for work were ready, it would then be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to install this job. After discussing the homeowner's issues over the phone, Foster arrived at the home to better understand the layout of the basement.
