This Hamden basement had apparent water issues, causing the area to be unusable. It was not ideal for the homeowner to walk down his stairs and be welcomed by a wet floor. He knew something had to change and decided to give Connecticut Basement Systems a call to find a solution.
The day of the appointment, Rick Raucci arrived at the home to give a free home evaluation. He concluded that a WaterGuard System paired with a TripleSafe sump pump would be the perfect solution. With the homeowner’s approval, Cisco Berrios and his production team quickly went to work.
They installed a WaterGuard System and TripleSafe sump pump in order to keep the water out of the basement. To prevent incidents like the one in the before photo, we installed TrenchDrains where needed. One was installed in front of the stairs to ensure that water does not pile up and is properly drained.
Now, the homeowner enjoys a dry basement and could not be happier!
