A homeowner in Guilford, CT has water seepage in their basement with heavy rains. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution for this ongoing issue. One of our Salesmen, Matt Kraus, visited the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing solutions.
Soon after, it would be time for Foreman, Moises, and his crew, to install the proposed work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to capture the water seepage. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to protect and help lead water into the drains below. Our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed with our UltraSump battery backup to ensure all of the collected water will be safely pumped out of the home. As another layer of protection, our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth.
Now this entire basement is protected and waterproofed! The homeowner has peace of mind.
Whenever it rained, water would flow into the basement from under the door. We installed a French Drain in this home, which is grated on the top to catch any water that would enter the house. Once the cement around it dries, it will keep water from flowing into the basement for years!
A homeowner in Middlefield, CT was getting water seeping into their basement so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us find a solution to their basement water problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, went out to the home to assess the issues and give them a proposal for work that they would need to have done.
Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter of the basement to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls. Then they installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. These systems will keep the basement dry all the time.
Water used to flood this basement through the hatchway on rainy days. To prevent water from entering the home, our team installed the TrenchDrain grated drain along the basement enterance. Any water passing over the drain is collected through the openings and redirected to the sump pump. The homeowners can have peace of mind during rainstorms now!
A homeowner in West Hartford, CT was struggling with water in their basement and needed a solution. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us come out and solve the problem. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Steve Godbout, went to the home to assess the issues and give the homeowner an estimate for the work he proposed to be done.
The next step was for one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew, to work on the installation. The crew installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter floor of the basement. This collects the water and properly drains it into the sump pump. The pump that was installed was one of our SuperSump Plus sump pumps. This will take the water that gets collected and pump it out of the home at a safe distance so that this basement will stay dry all the time!
