The owners of this Coventry home called us when their wall crack started leaking again, despite previous attempts to seal it. Repairing leaky wall cracks can be tricky. If sealed with a rigid sealant, the wall movement that originally caused the crack will break the seal, creating the same problem over again. Our FlexiSpan is flexible enough to bend slightly and stays bonded despite wall movement, and seals the crack permanently. 

This crawl space in Coventry, CT was dirty, cold and had a lot of moisture which was a concern to the homeowner. Wanting a solution for his crawl space, he called the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems and scheduled an appointment.

Our Sales Representative, Steve Godbout, arrived at the home on the day of the appointment and concluded that a CleanSpace Liner would be the perfect solution for this crawl space. A CleanSpace Liner prevents air and moisture from entering the crawl space. The benefit of air and moisture not entering the crawl space is that the floors in the home directly above will be noticeably warmer. The homeowner approved of this proposal and could not wait for his clean, dry crawl space.

On the day of production, Cisco and Josh installed the CleanSpace Liner efficiently and professionally. Not only does this liner protect against mold and moisture, but it also gives the crawl space a clean finish. A Coventry homeowner was getting water in their basement, making the space full of moisture. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution to this problem. One of our Salesmen, Andrew Howard, went to the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing solution. 

One of our Foremen, Joe Schech, and his crew installed this project. They installed our WaterGurd drainage system below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now, this entire basement will stay dry all the time thanks to our systems working together to mitigate the water and moisture. This customer was left with nothing but peace of mind! 

This Niantic home had constant water entering the basement and moisture was seeping through the walls. This was causing the home to become unpleasant with its dampness and musty odor. The homeowner wanted a clean, dry basement so she could utilize her space. She decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems to help find her a solution. 

The solution for this basement was to install a WaterGuard system paired with CleanSpace. The WaterGuard system will collect the water internally and channel it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. (TripleSafe Sump Pump is seen in the after photo.) The water is then withdrawn from the sump pump and exits through the discharge line (white pipe in after photo.) This system will keep the basement dry. We also installed a CleanSpace liner to prevent moisture from seeping through the walls. With minimal moisture, the musty odor will be eliminated.  

Once all these products were installed, the basement transformed into a healthier and cleaner area. This is exactly what the homeowner wanted and was thrilled with the products and her transformed basement. 

A homeowner in Lebanon, CT was looking to finish their basement and decided to call our Total Basement Finishing team at Connecticut Basement Systems.
