Water used to seep through the walls and floor of this New Haven, CT crawlspace and cause mold, rot, and other moisture-related problems. To create a dry environment, we encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the floor and SilverGlo insulation on the walls. Water can't pass through either product! The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.

During heavy rains, this crawlspace would flood with water. Because it lacked a drainage system, the water would sit in the space for weeks at a time.
