Your visit to review our problem was on time and the suggestions made and explained made sense to me. We did have two other quotes. One was made after only a cursory look and I do not believe it would have worked. The other was made after a thorough inspection and was similar to yours, but recommended more coverage than you or I felt necessary. The work was scheduled and your team arrived on time and got the job done promptly and cleaned up well. When electrical work included in your quote remained undone and I suggested that I have it done along with unrelated work in the basement, your representative agreed and suggested a refund that I considered reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend your company, and you have my permission to quote from these comments.

I am so happy with the installation! I just looked over the work and it actually far exceeds my expectations, I have never seen my water pipes dry under there in the 15 years I have been here, and the dehumidifier has only been going for a few hours so far! The installation looks great and high quality. The crew you sent was very professional, judging by their work, so glad we got the full package. I have high hopes for a waterproof floor this winter because of the sealing, you can use me as reference for anyone who asks about your services.
