Thank you for helping us recover from our basement flood. The new battery couldn't have come at a better time. It was installed Thursday and, when the snowstorm knocked our power out Saturday afternoon, kept the backup pump running until power was restored Tuesday night. I am extremely satisfied with the job Connecticut Basement Systems did. Not only was the crew professional, friendly and courteous they were very meticulous with the clean up job. From start to finish, everyone was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was always quick to assist me, all questions were answered promptly. I was referred from friends who are completely satisfied with their job, even years later.

I returned from vacation only to find my basement flooded. I called several water-proofing companies who rudely in "invaded" my home and tried to sell me a job, ranging from $7,000 to $24,000. Only Basement Systems acknowledged that my problem was not an outside problem (it came from a broken water-heater!) and suggested minor, but worthwhile improvements. These were done (with a minor glitch: the ordered part did not fit and had to be reordered!). But I was very pleased with the company and its representatives and can recommend their services.

We had the floors completely redone with Connecticut Basement Systems' Thermal Dry flooring. The combination of tiles and carpeting was perfect for our large basement. In addition, we had a sump pump installed as well as a SaniDry dehumidifier. The work was done on time and the people who installed all the systems were well qualified and efficient. We could not be happier with the results.
