More importantly, I wanted to let you know that I reached out your team recently to complete a small job at my house, replacing a poorly installed and partially rotted door and frame in my walk out basement. Since I spend a lot of my day taking complaints, I like to send out compliments when a job goes well.   Your team was really great to work with. I was on a tight timeline, and the phone sales person was originally telling me a few weeks to get an estimate. But I was connected to Vin Orsini and he helped expedite the job. The entire job done in just a few weeks.  Bill Anderson came for the install with an apprentice (Dave I think). Bill was really exceptional. Not only did he do a great job on the door, but was very professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and check that nothing else needed to be fixed. He even asked me if I had extra grout for the tile floor (which I did), and he took the time to replace the grout line behind the door to complete the finished look. He even brought some gravel with him for the ground outside the door. I was not expecting any of that.   So it was a small job, but your team gets an A+ in my book.  

What an unbelievable transformation that basement has undergone. We are thrilled. It will change the way we live our lives. Maybe I'll even get a chance to enjoy it! Rich was great; professional, courteous, respectful and he did a top notch job.

I just wanted to let you know that Sean finished up this morning - he came up with a great solution to the issue he was having with the switch.  He also explained the smoke/CO2 detector that he’d installed.  I really appreciate his professionalism, as well as Bruce and Mike’s work.  They were all very responsible about coming when they said they would and finding excellent ways to meet the inevitable challenges of the job. I also appreciate your responsiveness, friendliness and willingness to be flexible when changes had to be made.  Overall, I’m very satisfied by the service I received from Total Basement Finishing.

The system works so well. 100% of the water is now diverted and the pump has never even turned on. Since my system has been installed , we have had major rain storms, hurricane, October Nor'easter and not a hint of moisture in the basement - I would recommend this system to anyone with a wet basement.

Chavon was at my house today doing a demo and I just wanted to say how great he was. He was extremely clean and very polite, and the team was just wonderful. I just wanted to say thank you.

We had Basement Systems install wood-like basement flooring. The contractor was friendly, helpful, and did a great job on the installation. I felt comfortable with the men that were installing the floor and left them in my home while I was at work. Perhaps most importantly, however, is the product itself. It is absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. You'd be hard pressed to find a better product.
