The system directs all moisture to the home's existing sump pump.

The crew also installed SilverGlo™ insulation to further protect the home's foundation.

Extreme Wall Bowing Rectified In Two Harbors, MN
This home in Two Harbors, MN was in serious trouble when the homeowners reached out to DBS. The basement walls were cracked and severely bowing with sagging floors on the main level of the home.
DBS Design Specialist, Nathan Schroeder went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the property, Nathan recommended utilizing PowerBrace™ wall support beams in combination with SmartJack® support beams to stabilize the foundation and flooring of this home. Increased soil pressure overtime was the cause of structural damage to these walls. The soil around the home was excavated to reduce pressure on the home before stabilization occurred. This home was permanently stabilized by DBS Foreman, Tyler Nancy, and his production crew.
