Our WaterGuard® drain system was put into place and will effectively capture wall and floor seepage, directing it to a new SingleSafe™ sump pump. The crew finished the job by burying the discharge line in the lawn away from the home.

This PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System, is meant to support walls from further movement and can be tightened over time, in order to restore the walls to their original position. The PowerBrace™ beams are zinc-plated and backed with a 75-year warranty against movement. Additionally, they installed 2 GeoLock™ earth anchors were recommended to stabilize the failing partially underground walls.
