A homeowner in Virginia, MN reached out to DBS regarding the crawl space of their home. The area was dirty and had a moisture problem, and the owner was looking to clean it up and prevent further water issues. After thorough inspection by a Design Specialist, it was concluded that the crawl space would require CleanSpace® to be installed around the entire area to encapsulate it, and create a barrier to keep water and moisture out of the area. Along with that, the perimeter of the crawl space received spray foam insulation to keep it free from cold, drafty air.

DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System in the crawlspace and the home now has a dry, safe and clean foundation.

Then, to permanently address flooding, they installed our sub-floor drainage system. After that, the team installed our CleanSpace wall barrier to keep water vapor from entering through the foundation walls.
