Ashland, WI Home Foundation Lifted and Leveled with Help from DBS
This Ashland, WI homeowner had noticed cracks showing up in their drywall throughout the past year, and we worried about their foundation and what would happen if they didn't fix the issue. Our DBS Design Specialist, James, Miller, visited the home and provided the homeowners with a free, no obligation estimate for a solution to their sinking foundation issues. James suggested the use of helical piers to lift and level the side of the home that was sinking, and the use of our SmartJack® system and beam underneath the home to help securely stabilize and level the floors of the home.
DBS Forman and crew then came out to the home to install both the helical piers and the SmartJacks® and beam to permanently lift, level, and stabilize the foundation of the home. The homeowners can now have peace of mind knowing the foundation of their home is permanently stabilized.
Cracked Foundation Wall Permanently Supported in Ashland, WI

Ashland, WI Porch Roof Stabilized with Help from DBS
Homeowner in Ashland, WI noticed the roof above their porch starting to slope and the support beam was no longer straight. Concerned about their porch roof, they contacted DBS to find a permanent solution.
DBS Design Specialist, Zach Guilliams, visited the home and provided a free, no obligation estimate for a permanent solution. Zach suggested removing the current support beam and installing a SmartJack® in place to ensure permanent stabilization of the roof.
Our Foreman, Trevor Ingle, and crew then removed the old beam and a 2"x2" section of concrete, installed the new SmartJack® beam in place of the old beam, and filled and leveled new concrete around the beam.
