This homeowner in Duluth, MN reached out with a unique challenge. They owned a garage that held historic value, adamant about preserving it rather than opting for a complete replacement. After our Appointment Center coordinated with the homeowner, our Design Specialist Bo pinpointed the problems during a free, no-obligation inspection. PolyLevel© was injected beneath the slab to lift and stabilize the foundation of the garage gently and accurately, ensuring the structure was returned to its original position. Following this, NexusPro© was used to seal joints and cracks, providing long-term protection against further damage and wear. Thanks to our production team, led by Foreman Dakota, the garage was safely lifted back to its rightful position, restoring its historical semblance while ensuring its safety and stability. 

Recently in Duluth, MN, we had the privilege of helping the Proctor Speedway, which was struggling with settled slab areas on their property which had become a significant trip hazard. Understanding the importance of safety, especially considering potential hazards for employees navigating the area, they knew it was time to take action and reached out to us at DBS for help. Our Design Specialist, Jake Thomas, did a thorough examination and recommended our concrete lifting and leveling service for a comprehensive solution using our PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and DecoShield products. These products together were aimed at not only fixing the uneven slab but also protecting the concrete for years to come. Our production team, consisting of our Foreman Dakota and Ben and Co-Foreman Ben, got to work. First, our PolyLevel® was used to gently lift and level the sunken sections of concrete to make the surface even and safe. Following the leveling, NexusPro® was applied to seal cracks and joints, preventing any water infiltration that can lead to further issues. SealantPro® provided an additional layer of protection by sealing the concrete surface against stains and deterioration. Lastly, our DecoShield® product added an aesthetic touch while enhancing the concrete's resistance to UV light, fading, and abrasion. Upon completion of the project, the transformation was clear. Not only was the owner thrilled to see the trip hazard removed, but they also appreciated how the solutions we provided would extend the life of their concrete surfaces and keep them looking new for years to come. 

The owner of this home in Duluth Heights was having difficulty shoveling their sidewalk because several of the slabs had sunken by roughly an inch. With this issue present, the customer was not able to easily slide a snow shovel along the concrete surface which often resulted in an incompletely cleaned sidewalk that could become dangerous for visitors. After seeing examples of the power of our polyurethane concrete leveling system PolyLevel the homeowner knew it would be the right choice for his sidewalk. After waiting for a few short weeks for the winter to pass our production crew was at the customer's home ready to make the customer's day. With such small slabs of concrete our crew worked carefully to make sure none of the slabs were lifted too quickly. This attention to detail made the entire project a success. The homeowner now has a level concrete path that is much easier to shovel completely clean when the winter rolls around once again.
