The owner of this home in Cloquet, MN reached out to DBS in hopes of finding a solution to their concrete sidewalk issue. Their sidewalk was very uneven and one slab at the bottom of the staircase had a gaping hole.

A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, they recommended our concrete lifting and leveling services.

Foreman Jason Foster led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they injected PolyLevel® underneath the slabs in order to lift and level them.

Now that the tripping hazard has been eliminated the homeowners feel much more trustworthy about their sidewalks.

The owner of this home in Cloquet, MN was worried about the support posts underneath the deck on the backside of their home as there are frequent washouts that occur in the area. They reached out to DBS looking for a solution.

Foreman Jason Foster led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. They installed 4 helical piers to replace the failing old foundation supports in order to permanently stabilize the home.

Now that the foundation issues have been fixed, the homeowner can relax more comfortably in their home with peace of mind.

DBS received a call that a cabin in Isle, MN was having multiple residential problems. The floor around a fireplace was sagging, causing a crooked window as a result, also causing the cabin to have trouble with the roof dropping around the fireplace. The crawl space in the cabin also needed to be waterproofed, preventing further mold and odors. Our Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, made a proposal to support the sagging side of the cabin with our SmartJack® supports system and floor joist system while using the CleanSpace liner® and Triple SafeSump System to keep the crawlspace warm and dry. The photos below show the wet crawlspace prior to DBS beginning production, then the crawl space post-production.
