Barnum, MN Foundation Stabilized and Slab Repaired

Homeowners in Barnum, MN reached out to DBS for help stabilizing the foundation of their home. The basement walls were cracked and beginning to bow, which was also causing issues to their poured foundation slab.

DBS Design Specialist Nathan Schroeder went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Nathan recommended installing PowerBrace™ support beams to stabilize the walls. The home was stabilized by Foreman Jason Foster and his production crew. 

From there, our concrete repair team lifted and leveled the garage space with our PolyLevel® foam. When injected, this foam expands to lift and level concrete slabs. It takes about 15 minutes to cure and then it's ready to use. 

This home is now healthy, safe, and comfortable!

This 2-part poly material expands upon application to raise sinking concrete slabs. It hards as it cures and the finished concrete can be walked on within 15 minutes of application.
