Facing the aftermath of a brutal Apple Valley, MN winter, a concerned homeowner reached out to us about their damaged deck due to catastrophic ice dams, and worries of mice making a home in their attic. As you can see in the before photo, the debris and damage left a not-so-pleasant reminder of winter's wrath. Our solution involved installing TruSoft™ insulation, effectively counteracting future weather damage and deterring unwelcome guests. The after photo showcases a transformed space, safe and secure, embodying our mission to provide not just a service, but peace of mind. With our hands-on approach, we again turned worry into comfort.

This homeowner reached out to DBS after noticing mold in the attic, a discovery that came as a shock after hearing a faint dripping sound during a recent temperature change. Upon investigating, they found extensive mold growth, suggesting that the issue had been developing unnoticed for quite some time. With no regular visits to the attic, the severity of the problem became apparent only during this impromptu check, leading to immediate concern about potential spread into the rest of the house. To tackle the mold and prevent further issues our Design Specialist, Justin, recommended our Mold-X™ and Attic Insulation services. This service is a comprehensive treatment plan that includes Mold-X™ which elements and prevents mold growth in the future, old fiberglass removal, spray foam insulation, and blown-in TruSoft™ Cellulose insulation for a new and safe attic. Once our production team led by our Foreman, Cody, went out to the property, they went out to the property and redid the whole attic, making the space more healthy and comfortable for years to come!

Before tackling the chill of Minneapolis winters, our customer faced a common issue: inadequately insulated attic space, evident in the "before" photo. The lack of proper insulation was leading to uncomfortable living conditions and inefficiency. After a free, no-obligation inspection was set up with our Design Specialist Justin, we sprang into action, ensuring a comfortable home by implementing our truSoft™ insulation – a state-of-the-art solution for thermal efficiency. As showcased in the "after" photo, the space is now adequately insulated, transforming the attic from a cold, drafty area to a cozy, energy-efficient space. 

This homeowner contacted DBS after enduring a daily routine to bring their space heater upstairs just so they could warm the upstairs addition. They wanted proper insulation to alleviate this issue and finally have a warmer upstairs level.

Our Design Specialist visited the property and recommended a solution that involves a full installation of the attic.

When Kornell Green, our Foreman, and the crew went to the property, they installed 5 XL can light covers, air sealed and insulated the access points, baffles, and floors using our spray foam insulation. Once the spray foam insulation was complete, Kornell and the team secured the installation further by using our TruSoft Cellulose. Once the project was complete, the homeowner was very happy with the final result!
