GeoLock® System Stabilizes Cracked Garage Walls in Duluth, MN
These homeowners in Duluth, MN reached out to DBS for help stabilizing their cracked concrete garage walls.
Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Henrik recommended our GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to correct the cracked and bowing walls. GeoLock® Wall Anchors stabilize foundation walls by connecting two steel plates together with a galvanized steel rod. Based on the severity of the wall movement, excavation was recommended, allowing the wall to be immediately straightened and permanently stabilized.
Foreman Casey Healy and his production crew installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System and saved the garage from collapsing.
