DBS Design Specialist Jason Brummer went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Jason recommended installing CleanSpace® waterproofing vapor barrier along all walls in the basement. This was paired with a new TripleSafe™ sump pump to direct any water out of this home!

This cabin is located on the edge of Duluth, MN and was built in 1947. The owners had concerns about the structural integrity of both the main cabin and smaller guest cabin and sauna near the lakeshore. Looking for a permanent solution, they contacted DBS for a free, no-obligation estimate.

DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited the home, providing a thorough estimate. It was determined that a piering solution was needed to permanently stabilize both of these structures.

These drains collect the intrusive water and transport it to a newly installed TripleSafe™ sump pump to discharge the water outside and away from the home.
