At this home in Baltimore, MD, the crawl space was bringing cold drafts into the upper levels of the home. The homeowner knew this was an issue, so they contacted us for a solution. We encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace System, which is designed to reduce moisture and humidity. We also installed our SilverGlo Insulated Wall Panels, which have a built-in heat barrier, creating a more energy-efficient area. Thanks to our Inspector, Jeff, and our crewman Jordan, the homeowner's peace of mind was restored!
At this home the owners had nothing but a dirt floor basement which was causing the upstairs part of the home to be cold. Our team fully encapsulated the area by pouring concrete to create the new floor and placed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along every wall to control the moisture and vapor seeping in. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that control and keep the humidity low so the owners for now on will not longer be having moisture or dampness issues.
After we placed our TripleSafe pump in the basement we installed our IceGuard discharge line system which allows water from the sump pump to escape incase the pipe freeze due to cold weather or even blocked for any reason. By having this system the owner won't have to worry about the basement flooding and will have peace about the water getting safely discharged outside and away from the home. Our sump pump system and IceGuard both work hand in hand to keeping the home dry even during the winter months.
This basement in Baltimore, MD, had water coming in through the doorway during heavy rainfall. Our team went out to dig up the entryway for us to install our TrenchDrain System that will capture surface water at the bottom of the stairwell. This system is easily removable to clear, and with this installation, the homeowners will no longer have water in the basement. Thanks to our crew, the homeowner's peace of mind was restored!
Current customer reached back out to us after we waterproofed his basement, now wanting to look into receiving a free estimate for finishing his basement. We sent out the original inspector to assess the area and work with the customer on how they would like to turn this unfinished space, into a useable area.
We added new flooring, walls and a linen drop ceiling to help bring his basement vision to reality.
