The homeowner living in Morristown was looking to sell their house. Unfortunately, it would be hard for the homeowner to do so because their crawlspace had a water seepage. The homeowner contacted 1st Quality Basements to help solve their issues.

System Design Specialist, Andre Cabral, inspected the homeowner's crawlspace. Andre recommended the Super Sump Classic and WaterGuard to help efficiently remove water. The homeowner's basement is clean and dry. Now the homeowner can have an easier time selling their home.

A partially finished basement was getting water every time it rained. The homeowners contacted Quality 1st Basements for a solution. System Design Specialist, Jay Hugee inspected the home and noticed signs of mold and high moisture. Jay recommended a drainage system and a sump pump be installed to keep this basement dry. WaterGuard system was installed by Foreman, Juan Garcia and his crew. WaterGuard is the perfect waterproofing solution for a typical basement. This system is installed underneath the floor slab to keep the system out of the mud zone to prevent clogging. The WaterGuard system collects the water that seeps through the basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. This basement is clean and dry for the homeowners to use.    

After a homeowner in Morristown, NJ experienced flooding in their basement, they called Quality 1st to waterproof their basement and replace the floors and walls that were damaged. Our System Design Specialist Ken Peare provided a design solution that included the installation of ThermalDry Flooring and an EverLast wall system. ThermalDry floor matting is designed specifically for basements and has raised pegs on the bottom of each square that create an air space under the floor space also prevents water from condensing under the floor. The EverLast wall system is composed of prefinished vinyl surfaces that are insulated with an inorganic foam material that prevent mold growth. 

After their existing Sump Pump failed and their basement flooded, this homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements. Our team led by Mario was able to replace the old Sump Pump with our patented UltraSump. The homeowner no longer has to worry about their sump pump failing or their basement flooding!
