To prevent water from intruding in this Parkville, MD basement, our team installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the basement's perimeter, with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system lining the walls.

Current customer was looking for help updating their partially finished basement, no plans for use in mind, just wanted it to be up to date. We said, No problem, you came to the right place.

To bring this basement up to date, we covered the block foundation walls with paneling the customer already had going throughout the basement, we installed a brand new linen drop ceiling and Lifeproof flooring.

Customer called in regarding a dirt floor crawlspace with mold issues. We started with removal of old insulation and debris then used a Mold-X2 cleaner and Biotanical. We installed CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system with CleanSpace Drainage Matting under the liner. To keep the humidity low in crawl space we used the SaniDry Sedona and added RimTight Spray foam with our EverLast Door. 

This homeowner in Dundalk, MD did not have a functioning sump pump, and they were in need of a replacement. We removed the old sump pump and installed our SuperSump Pump System. Our waterproofing system is the best and most reliable solution that will keep the basement dry and healthy. In this basement the owner was experiencing water leaking through the walls after heavy rains and reached out to our team for a system install. We sent a crew out to jackhammer a trench around the foundation wall for us to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will carry any moisture or water to the sump pump. Lastly we place our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over the portion of the wall that captures any water or moisture coming through and carries it down into the sub-floor drain. By getting this waterproofing system install the home will be safe from floods and dry of dampness and moisture.
