A Newtown, PA homeowner was interested in repairing their sinking sidewalk, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate. Concrete Specialist, JC, inspected the sidewalk and recommended Polylevel Injection as the best repair method. PolyLevel is a waterproof, polyurethane foam, that lifts and levels sinking concrete. 

A homeowner in Hampton, New Jersey had a bowing foundation wall and contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the walls and noticed the bowing. He suggested CarbonArmor be installed on the walls to stabilize them. CarbonArmor is made from reinforced polymer strips that are 10 times stronger than steel. The straps are attached to the wall and secured with heavy duty steel brackets and pull the wall back to its original position. CarbonArmor installs quickly and will not impact future basement finishing. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems provided a thorough inspection for this homeowner's crawl space in Hampton, New Jersey. Our System Design Specialist, Dane Cuccinello, suggested they encapsulate the space to eliminate moisture and humidity. Our foreman Carlos and his crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System which will prevent moisture and humidity from passing through the crawl space. The homeowner had restored peace of mind knowing their crawl space was sealed properly. 

A homeowner in Voorhees Township wanted the driveway in the garage lifted and leveled to avoid bumps when pulling up into the garage. Quality 1st Basements went out to give this homeowner a free estimate.

Foreman, Sean Johnson, and his crew went out to the home to get the job done. First, Sean drilled small holes into the concrete slab to allow the substance in. Sean then pumped Polylevel, a polyethylene foam that expands and hardens in a matter of minutes. After a few minutes the concrete slab was ready to be walked on and driven.
