This customer had the rigid, one-piece RockWell Egress Window installed (by foreman Jonathan Neira and his crew) which will not rot or rust. Additionally, its open design allows more light into the basement.

This Hillside, NJ basement would flood after heavy storms. The most recent storm caused damage to the carper and walls. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a full perimeter basement waterproofing system. EverLast waterproof basement wall panels were installed on half of the wall where the sheet rock had rotted and had to be removed. ThermalDry basement floor tiles were installed on the floor to insulate and protect the basement.
